Yes, the Shops at South Town does currently open one hour early for the mall walkers at 10:00am Monday thru Saturday and 11:00am on Sundays.
Are there 2 arcades in that mall?
No there is not 2 arcades in the mall. There is "Round 1" the mega arcade fun center and in the main mall there is a kids play place and a few little kid machines they can ride on.
